Working at Benninger

We ensure that we have a qualified up-and-coming generation in our own ranks by training young people. At Benninger you can sign up for an apprenticeship in a field that suits you and also complete a dual course of study (in cooperation with a university of cooperative education). There is a very wide range of vocational and study courses in both technical and commercial fields. Training is always geared to practical concerns, i.e. our trainees/students are integrated into the work processes of our department teams right from the start and always make an active contribution. As a result they learn independence and a sense of responsibility at an early stage. Experienced trainers and employees are at their side to provide support and assistance.
